PHOTO EDITING
Editing is the most time-intensive part of the process, where the magic really unfolds. I'm sure you've heard the dreaded horror stories about photos taking a year to come, not here. Your gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks, hand-edited with great care and intention.
Each photo is treated with my signature editing style: timeless, true-to-color, and gently polished to preserve natural skin tones and authentic moments. No orange filters. No trendy presets. Just clean, honest storytelling that will feel like you now and in 50 years.
When your gallery arrives, my hope is that it brings you right back to the laughter, the stillness, the joy, and all the little in-between moments that made your day yours.

I take a slightly documentary approach — unobtrusive and observant — while still guiding you with intention when needed. The result? A mix of curated and candid images that feel romantic, true, and enduring.
Do you pose your couples?
I guide more than I pose. My goal is always to help you feel calm and like yourselves — not overly staged or stiff. I’ll help you into good light, give simple direction or prompts, and then step back and let real connection take over. Think more "gently guided" than "perfectly posed."
Will you help us with the timeline?
Yes, absolutely. I’ll help create a custom photo timeline that ensures you have breathing room, beautiful light, and space to enjoy the day. Whether you're working with a planner or organizing it yourselves, I’ll collaborate closely with you to make sure things flow smoothly — and that we’re never rushed when it matters most.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! Most of my wedding collections include a complimentary engagement session. It’s a great way for us to get to know each other and for you to feel more confident and relaxed in front of the camera before the big day.
How many images will we receive?
You can expect roughly 50–75 edited images per hour of coverage, delivered in an online gallery. I take time to curate the best of each moment, so you’ll get a storytelling collection full of warmth, detail, and connection — not hundreds of near-identical images.
When will we receive our photos?
You’ll get a sneak peek gallery within 5–7 days of your wedding. Your full gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks via a private online gallery, where you can download, share, and order heirloom-quality prints and albums.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes — you’ll have access to a built-in print store with fine art prints, frames, and handcrafted albums. I love helping couples create tangible keepsakes from their wedding day. You’re also welcome to print your photos elsewhere with your full print release.
Do you bring a second shooter?
If needed, most of my full-day wedding collections include a second photographer. Having a second pair of eyes allows us to capture your day from multiple angles — like both of your reactions during the ceremony, or portraits and details happening at the same time.
Do you photograph elopements or intimate weddings?
Yes! I love smaller, more intentional celebrations. Whether it’s an elopement in the mountains or a backyard ceremony with your closest people, I’d be honored to be there. Reach out for custom coverage options tailored to your vision.
Do you travel?
At this time, I’m focused on serving couples within Minnesota and surrounding areas. I love working in familiar places where I can scout locations and deliver the best experience possible. That said, I’m always open to meaningful travel opportunities on a case-by-case basis — so if you have something unique in mind, feel free to reach out!
How do we book?
Once we chat and confirm your date, I’ll send over a contract and invoice. A 25% retainer officially secures your wedding date on my calendar.
