I remember the beautiful wedding sermon at Rachel and Cameron's Redeemer Bible Church in chilly Minnesota in January. The sermon was a lovely parallel to their relationship, harmony, peace, and joy..

The passage from Psalm 23 was particularly meaningful:

"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He makes me lie down in green pastures.

He leads me beside still waters.

He restores my soul.

He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever."

I truly love this passage and I think it's a sweet testament to the peaceful and joyous day that Rachel and Cameron shared.

Rachel’s elegant black and white invites, complemented by the groomsmen's red ties and the warm pink tones of the florals, were a beautiful reflection of her eye for design. The embossed black envelopes added an extra touch of elegance, and I especially enjoyed photographing these details alongside her unique emerald-cut engagement ring.

Rachel and Cameron's love story began at their church, where they were married. Not only are they genuine, free-spirited, fun-loving, and lovely, but they also share a love for coffee. Every time I use one of the coffee mugs from their wedding, I am reminded of their sweet January wedding. It was an honor to be part of their day and witness the beauty of their loving hearts and romance. May they continue to find comfort, wisdom, and peace as they journey through life together.

Warmly,

Emmy
